Vellora Lane offers a range of secure payment options so checkout stays quick and convenient. We accept:

Payment Processing

  • Orders are neither processed nor shipped until payment has been received in full.
  • Where a payment fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed.

  • All prices shown on velloralane.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, so no delivery charge is added.

Vellora Lane relies on SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to keep personal and payment information protected. Full card details are never stored on our systems and cannot be accessed by us at any point.

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are investigated and disputed.
  • If a billing problem comes up, please email info@velloralane.com first so it can be sorted out quickly.

Fraud Prevention

  • Vellora Lane reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or place a hold on any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Additional identity verification may be requested on high-value or flagged transactions.
